The User commits to the observance and rigorous fulfillment of the dispositions set forth herein, as well as any other legal disposition that may be applicable.

BRUC reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear in the Platform, without there being any obligation to give prior notice or inform the User of the modifications made, with the updating of the Legal Notice in the Platform being understood as sufficient.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

  1. The User accesses the Platform under his sole responsibility. Access to the Platform by the User is free and free of charge.
  1. The content of the Platform has the exclusive purpose of disseminating information about BRUC’s strategy, activities and projects. The link established between the User and BRUC through access to the Platform does not constitute in any way a contractual link.
  1. The User undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with the law, the present Legal Notice, the particular conditions (in the event that they are established) and other notices or instructions that are brought to his/her attention, as well as subject to ethics, generally accepted good customs and public order.
  1. The User expressly undertakes not to destroy, alter, modify, render useless or in any other way damage the data, electronic documents or any information found on the Platform.
  1. BRUC assumes no responsibility for the use that the User may make of the contents of the Platform, nor is it responsible for the contents of third party web sites to which the Platform may link. Nor shall it be liable for any damage or loss that may arise from the connection or use of any content or services available on third party websites to which they direct the links.
  1. Non-compliance with the Legal Notice as well as any improper or fraudulent use of the Platform will be prosecuted, exercising all civil and criminal actions that BRUC may be entitled to by law.

 

INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Both the Platform, as well as the contents and the distinctive signs that appear in the same, unless expressly indicated to the contrary, are the property of BRUC, or it has the necessary licenses, for which reason they are protected by industrial and intellectual property rights in accordance with Spanish legislation.
  1. Its reproduction is authorized exclusively for private use and it is forbidden, unless expressly authorized, to exploit all or part of it in any form whatsoever.

CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. The Legal Notice is in accordance with BRUC’s Code of Conduct, which defines BRUC’s behavior and commitment and which must be accepted and complied with by all professionals and business partners with whom BRUC interacts.

WARRANTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

BRUC cannot guarantee the availability and continuity of access to the Platform, nor that it or the server are free of viruses or errors, and is not responsible for possible damages or harm that may be derived from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns or disconnections, overloading, delays, blockages in the operative functioning of the communications system and Internet due to causes beyond BRUC’s control, nor for any damage or harm to the User’s software or hardware derived from access to the Platform or the use of information or applications contained therein.   1. The User will be responsible for damages of any nature that BRUC may suffer as a consequence of non-compliance with any of the obligations to which he/she is subject.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE

  1. User access to the Platform implies acceptance of the terms and conditions in the form in which they have been expressed in this Legal Notice.

UNILATERAL MODIFICATION

  1. BRUC expressly reserves the right to modify the present Legal Notice without prior notice, whenever it deems it appropriate, as well as its structure and content.
  1. Likewise, it reserves the right to modify the present Legal Notice in order to adapt it to new legal requirements, information or services that it may offer, for which reason we recommend reading it before each access and navigation.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

  1. The Legal Notice as well as access to and use of the Platform shall be governed by Spanish law.
  1. For any controversy that may arise from the application and interpretation of the same, BRUC and the User, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain), except in those cases in which jurisdiction cannot be waived.
